EXPLANATION

For anyone not familiar with the term Common Law and what it means, it is hoped this passage will help to explain. Common law was and remains the bedrock of British society and the legal foundation upon which Britain is built.

People around the world believe that legal process is administered fairly by systems created in parliaments and practiced through courts of law scattered across our lands and overseen by judges. However this in reality is what we all have over time been lead to believe. That reality is in fact a commercial system invented by commerce for the benefit of commerce and the people in charge of big business, not the people. Over hundreds of years the people have in reality been gradually steered away from true law controlled and administered by the people – Common Law.

Common law stands on three principal rules which are: no harm, no loss, no damage.  Anything outside of these rules will be tried by a jury of twelve people and justice will be seen to be done by our peers,  accused and accuser in equality in front of twelve equals.

INVITATION

To return our modern society to the most honourable and balanced system of lawful existence requires the people to accept and embrace the truth of common law.  Ultimately we need to reject the current commercial legal systems of Military or Admiralty Law, the systems we have been controlled by all of our lives from birth.

It is here that an invitation to join in a move to return to our fundamental rightful freedoms in law is offered.  To achieve this requires each person to re-evaluate themselves and re-register their own birth by claiming back birth rights stolen from us all at the point of birth registration. Our parents under threat of penalty were all coerced to register our names and dates of birth to government recorders. Our rights and freedoms were taken away without our  knowledge or consent.

Applying for a common law certificate of birth will effectively reverse the ownership of the you the man or woman from the state back to the individual, yourself.  From that point on the freedoms systematically stolen from you the person at birth, can then be given back to you the living man or woman.
